They have a lot of needs, and when those needs are not met for the children in Appalachia, Americans Helping AmericansÒ acts as a safety net, helping children and their families get back on solid ground.

Thanks to our loyal donors and their continuous support of our Appalachian youth programs, we have been able to provide children with shoes and boots, warm jackets, food, school supplies, and so much more!
