Congratulations to these volunteers working in Louisiana – Our Helpers of the Month for August!

September 1, 2021

Americans Helping Americans® is honored to award the United Cajun Navy, Cajun Navy Relief, and Pinnacle Search and Rescue as our Helpers of the Month for August.

Their commitment to help all those impacted by natural disasters has proven to us what it means to be American. These neighbors have grabbed their boats time and time again to help during times of crisis, most recently with their relief efforts during Hurricane Ida.

We thank these volunteers who protect lives and deliver basic needs.

For their continued efforts in disaster relief and subsequent community outreach programs, Americans Helping Americans has made a donation to each group!

Thank you!

The Helper of the Month Award is designed to show the amazing, wonderful, hard-working, and dedicated people in American communities. We’ll be sharing these stories with you in the hopes that you’ll walk away as inspired as we are to do good things in your community!
