Angel Food Ministry Brings Hope

February 29, 2012

Many military families struggle to put food on the table.

Thanks to your donations to Americans Helping Americans®, our community partner, Arms Outreach Ministries, is able to provide the food for hungry families through their Angel Food Ministry.

Mr. and Mrs. “Jent” participate in this program and it helps them to feed themselves and their children.

Stacie Jent (wife of the marine) was involved in a serious car accident awhile back which caused her to be disabled for the rest of her life. The medical bills, along with providing for 3 children, became unbearable for the Jent’s.

The free meals and other necessary items (new coats and clothing…etc) donated by Americans Helping Americans® allows them to give their children the nutrition they need to survive as well as meet their basic needs.

The Jent’s explained the meals as “one of the greatest gifts we could get and are so important to the well-being of our children, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for providing this service to our family”.

Please support our military programs by donating today.
