With Your Support We Helped 12,198 Children in 2012!

February 1, 2013

We helped 12,198 childrenThis winter when it came time to sit down and tally up figures for 2012, we were overwhelmed by the amount of good our supporters had helped us accomplish. Just looking at our youth programs alone, the number 12,198 jumped out at us. That’s the number of kids and youth who benefited from the generosity of our donors…and the programs designed to ensure their well-being.

These programs have made a difference in the lives of these youngsters in so many ways, big and small. Children received hot meals, new shoes, new coats, backpacks filled with school supplies and more. They benefited from our programs offering safe and supervised environments like after school homework help and summer camps where otherwise they would be home alone.

These programs help restore the dignity and confidence of children and their under-served communities.
